Most builds take 7 to 10 days on site. You're done by the date in your contract, or we credit you $250 for every week we're late.

Sign by November 1 and your price, permits and completion date are set. The rest of your deposit is due 14 to 30 days before we start.

Yes. Framing, decking and railings install well in cold weather, and frozen ground is actually easier on your yard.

The price in your signed contract is the price you pay, materials and labor. If lumber or labor costs go up before we break ground, that's on us, not you.

Your contract includes a specific completion date. If we finish after it, we credit you $250 for every week we're late. A real date, not "sometime this winter."

Paint, stain and other finishes need the right temperatures to cure properly. If it's too cold, we finish the build on schedule and come back to complete those items as soon as weather allows, at no extra cost. Because weather is out of our control, those finish items aren't covered by the $250/week credit. The build itself still is.
