3. Services

Precision Decks LLC provides custom deck design, construction, and related outdoor living services in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. These Terms govern your use of our website and any communications or engagements with our company.

Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not create a binding agreement for services. A formal written estimate or contract will be provided separately for any construction project.

4. SMS / Text Message Program

Program name: Precision Decks LLC Customer Notifications and Updates

Program description: Precision Decks LLC sends text messages to prospective and current customers who opt in by entering their mobile number on a form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked. We send two types of messages:

  • Transactional messages: Responses to estimate requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, project and service updates, and customer service follow-up.

  • Marketing messages: Promotional content, special offers, and company news. Enrollment in marketing messages is optional and separate from transactional messages.

Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may request a quote or hire us without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed for your inquiry or project. Marketing messages are sent intermittently.

How to opt out: Text STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, text START or submit a new form with your consent.
