1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

Precision Decks LLC provides custom deck design, construction, and related outdoor living services in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. These Terms govern your use of our website and any communications or engagements with our company.

Submission of a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement for services. A formal written estimate or contract will be provided separately for any construction project.

3. SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box(es) on our web forms, you agree to the following terms governing our text messaging program.

Program Description: Precision Decks LLC operates a text messaging program to communicate with prospective and current customers. We send two types of text messages:

  • Transactional messages: Appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and project or service updates.

  • Marketing messages: Promotional content, special offers, and company news. Enrollment in this message type is optional and separate from transactional messages.

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may request a quote or engage our services without consenting to marketing messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. Transactional messages are sent as relevant to your inquiry or project. Marketing messages are sent on an intermittent basis.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Precision Decks LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Opting Out: You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, contact us directly or re-submit a form with your consent.

Help: For assistance with our text message program, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information in Section 12.

Supported Carriers: Our text messaging program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed.

No Guarantee of Delivery: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control.

4. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems

  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our website

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
